    I'm like @KTMRider. I've ONLY used mine in TC mode. Thus far I've tried ni200 and SS316 and the resistance reading has been solid. No drift that I'm seeing or feeling. I'm obviously a little heavy handed with the cotton, I find myself needing 3 full turns of the jfc to get proper wicking.
