What I was saying is that buying new pins won't do anything wiping them clean with a napkin won't do. As for ultrasonic cleaners, they're nice to clean any metal, atty, etc. but it won't do a lick of good in terms of fixing the resistance variation. I bought an ultrasonic cleaner and a bunch... -

Fit in it or on it? Lol! Wrapping it in that direction (counterclockwise wraps) will inevitably make every coil sit above the channel/deck but due to the shear thickness of the wire combined with that large of a diameter of the coil, it would never fit in that wide deck channel even if wrapped... -

I bought 2 spares myself and haven't found much difference between em. I'm sure cleaning the pin's threads is key but I haven't found much difference as far as adjusting the resistance by tightening or loosening it -

I think adjustable center pins have their advantages and disadvantages. Since my devices have spring loaded 510 inputs, adjustable center pins don't matter much to me. TP is so sensitive & detects subtle variation down to the thousandth of an ohm which influences its performance, and I think... -
