Haha, I haven't tried it like that. I've just gotten used to re-wrapping em. Figure I'd have to dry em out thoroughly and with a coil in place it could get in the way. -

I bought a few new pins direct from statqualm. I also bought an ultrasonic cleaner which with water and a couple drops of dish soap blew my mind as far as how immaculate it gets stuff. Yet despite all of that, my issue persists. -

Ok, I tightened the 510, got my flask working well again, except, now the temp screen shows 032ºF when fired. Once I release the fire button, it goes back to whatever I have it set to (450ºF), but as soon as I take a puff, it shows 32ºF. Any idea whats going on there? -

Ugh... new pins, cleaned pins, it doesn't matter. I continue to have variations in resistance based on whether or not I screw my centerpin in or out in 1/4-1/2 turn increments. Sucks. In some respects, having a variable Ω atty can have its advantages, however, all n all, it sucks especially... -

I got it working well for most of the day, then out of the blue, I get the "check atomizer" screen. I understand what causes it to go off under normal circumstances, however, with centerpin screwed in all the way, all the way out & everything in between (in 1/4-1/2 turn increments) on a hand... -

I never use the USB. I only ever swap out the batteries. I use it too much to have the patients to charge it via USB. The VS one might charge faster but I wouldn't know because I never used it. I have a bunch of pairs of 18650s (mostly VTC5's) and a charger or two so I always have plenty of... -

So far I've only used it with tempered Ni200 but I did place my first ever order for Ti grade 1 today. That'll be interesting. Plugging in different numbers in steam-engine, it looks like I'll be using a lot fewer coils with the stuff. -

Ugh, lol. Last night I fully disassembled my squape and threw it in an ultrasonic cleaner for a few cycles. Haven't seen it so sparkly fresh & clean since I got it. It really blew be away. Maybe I'll toss er back in for a few more rounds, reinforce the center pin with a bit of teflon and see... -

Initially I locked it in at 0.13Ω which is the expected Ω rating (0.30mm (28/29AWG) tempered Ni200, 8 evenly spaced wraps around 3mm bit. When I re-locked it I got a higher Ω. The squape's adjustable pin can affect Ω (I can increase or decrease resistance by tightening or loosening the center... -

Max Joules = 75 Max Watt = 100 & yes, I definitely do need to check the M class thread, because the "DRY COIL NO LIQUID" screen is really really killing me right now. Doesn't matter if I drip directly onto the coil, it'll pop right up. Pretty much to the point where I can't even get a vape... -

Using 100%VG I did get the "Dry Coil, No Liquid" to pop up on the screen, especially when the atty started to feel quite warm from chain vaping. While I know with 100% certainty that the coil is anything but dry. I guess a lot of this, for me, is simply getting used to the YiHi chip. So... -

It did come with a pair of Brillipower 40A 3100mAh batteries which they included free of charge to make up for the delay in shipping. The only thing that's a bit weird in my opinion are the battery caps which don't seem as buttery smooth as I would've expected, they're sharp around the edges... -
