So the deck is definitely flooding which causes leaking either out the air intake or the drip tip depending on whether its right-side up or down. It must feel flooded when vaping (bubbly gurgling when vaping, juice out the air intake, etc). Once the deck's flooded, it'll drain the entire tank... -

Only things I can think of, with it leaking when upside down would be: -make sure the chimney is secure to the top of the tank -check your wick. Maybe its seated too low into the channels? -check o-rings When I first got mine I had leaking issues and I found that if it was flooded to start... -

Yeah, its actually less than $200 for the vapor shark version which is made in China. I've had to exchange one I got twice because it had problems. They covered shipping at least & replaced it with a nice one which I absolutely LOVE. On the other hand, $270 for a US made SX flask is worth it... -

Well that's what's great about the non-conductive decks. Also, try wrapping your coils the other way around the posts. That way they'll tighten as you tighten the screws. The way you've got em set up the legs loosen the coil as you tighten the screw and also have your legs overlapping like... -

Yeah, I've only ever used Ni200 in mine and it's the only atty I've used for the past year. I've never had any issues with coils touching the deck. I'm surprised you could squeeze 12 wraps of 28 gauge in there though. I usually do 8 and get around 0.12 or with 0.3mm (28/29 gauge) 0.13 Ω. -

I just sanded them quickly and they're a lot less sharp around the edges making it a lot easier to use now. Spent all of 5 mins doing it. -

It works based on the premise that when things are heated they tend to expand and when cooled they contract. Metal threads of an atty may expand some when heated and cause for more of a snug fit than expected. Tossing in a freezer would do the opposite and allow it to unscrew easier. -

I have a silver 2.1 and a vapor shark edition. I got the VS one when they first came out and I had issues with it & had to send it back a couple times. They replaced it with a new one which has been working well I do prefer the VS' finish, how light it is, how much cheaper it was than the US... -

I'm also not into dual coils (too cloudy and juice hogging) and I prefer flavor. When I was into clouds it forced me to be into wiping my windshield off frequently due to residue/permanent fog on the shield & its a pain to try to thoroughly remove. -
