    It's surprisingly not that sweet. I like sweet flavours but can't stand the artificial sweetness of some juices. It has much more fruit jelly and custard/cream than sweetness.

    Nothing at all either. I've survived two particularly nasty colds that have gone around, and my girlfriend got both! I've always had at least two separate colds between December and February, but not so much as a sniffle this time around :D
