    How much vaping is too much?

    I vape constantly, and as long as I stay hydrated and watch for that tightness across my forehead that signals for *me* that I'm pushing it, I am fine. Your symptoms may vary; I just know that if my forehead gets tight it is time to put the vape down for a bit.
