    My chuck goes to work with me every day and gets beat the hell up and it still vapes like a steamroller. But yes you do have to clean the connector every now and then especially if you are a sloppy over-dripper like myself.

    The reason being, is because I get a warranty from the manufacturer for the batteries, atomizers and chargers. I do not get a warranty for the cartomizers and juice. Sorry thats just how it is....wish I could fix it for you, and Im sorry your unhappy. I know you are upset, but if you ever do...

    Yep....sorry to say they are not refundable. I replace batteries, atomizers, chargers on an individual basis. Juice and cartomizers are non-refundable. Thank you.

    Yes the Chuck is big....I dont know exact measurements but it is about 5 inches long and an inch wide....It is heavy....maybe about 10-12 ounces with a 18650 battery in it. You could crack a skull with one easily....Yes it is by far the best personal vaporizer you can get.....very sturdy...

    Just to let you know what kind of guy Jeff is: Sent my chuck in to get repaired, not only did I get it repaired, but it also has brand new decals and a fresh coat of paint. I could not be happier! I was without it for about a week. Jeff gets an A+++++ in my book. LONG LIVE THE CHUCK!!
