    Mine started out without having to file down but after about a week I did have to file it. No issues after that. As has been stated by others, don't over tighten the battery on the charger or carto.

    I Sounds like you and I had the same ego-t experience. I did order a drip tip and a couple of 510 attys so I can try dripping to test new flavors. At least I can use the ego batteries. Man...it seems like I am ALWAYS ordering something. :laugh:
