    It's just USPS. You will probably get your order and already be vaping on it for a couple days before the USPS tracking website gets updated again, and then it might even tell you that your package is out for delivery. It is an utterly unreliable service.

    It is just a rubber cap instead of the hard plastic ones. The rest of the body of the carto feels/looks the same. I am sure that it is just a trick being played on my mind about these rubber caps affecting the feel between my lips. The only thing I can say is that I really like the difference.
