Ditto...ditto...either the 901 or the 510 are great starter units. I started with an 801, so that's not a bad starter unit either. Most folks I have spoken with would not equate their vaping habits to their smoking habits, but if it keeps you off the weed you'll be 100% healthier and I'd say...
Love to hear that! Would love to see a "stars" rating for every vendor or something like they have on eBay: 150 Positive - 2 Negative You always get the few folks that'll never be happy, but seeing predominately positive feedback (or negative for that matter) gives the consumer very useful...
Bob,
I'm using it with my 510 without any burnt plastic taste whatsoever. If you're not wicking well I'm going to suggest it may be a bit too tight. Did that once and it didn't seem to wick very well. On my 510 I do the accordian fold rather than rolling. Be sure you're not leaving too...
I've got to drip every couple hours at least. I can clean out a cartomizer in 90-120 min. You're not leaving off the o-ring and cap I hope...the backwash of fluid might be nasty. I just killed one of the cartomizers removing the o-ring. Gotta be more careful. When removing it with a tweezers I...
Well I've now lost 2 801 attys...tried the boiling suggestion posted elsewhere on the forum and let them dry overnight. Now neither is working and a bunch of the paint was left in the pan. Good thing I have a couple spares.
Is it so much the temp (within reason) or is it light that affects it. I'm keeping mine...uh...everywhere...but the temp in my house is a constant 70 degrees. I do try and keep them out of direct sun light cause I read somewhere that that can cause a degradation of the nicotine. True/false?
Mike - you may wish to look into the threads on Lipton Pyramid Tea Bags. Haven't tried it on my NJOY, but can't imagine it wouldn't work. Just pull out the material in the cart and replace it with the Lipton Pyramid Tea Bag material and if it's like my other units it'll draw better, easy to...
Don't think I was offering any advice, just personal opinion. Only some observations about modding the cartomizer and the potential for issues. However upon further review I did note that I thought there was sufficient material to cut down the edges of the CG cartomizer to allow better air...
Good info...thanks. I was only drawing on the GC cartomizer on the Bloog battery for maybe 5 minutes, and then a strong burnt plastic taste and smell started. I'm sure this was due to insufficient air flow. And I did stop vaping immediately upon tasting and smelling the burnt plastic.
I...
For those that are having a hard time finding the Lipton Pyramid Tea Bags, I looked in 3 different stores and finally found them. They were in fact in all 3 stores, but I looked right past them cause I was looking for a bigger box. The box is not very big...probably 4 inches tall by 2.5 inches...
Hmmm...don't think so cause the Bloog cartomizer has raised metal tabs to keep the cartomizer from seating tight against the battery and allowing more airflow. A number of people have mentioned cartomizers burning up and I experienced some of that myself today. Not sure what you'd dremel down...
Didn't notice if they offered a USB passthrough, but if they did I'd strongly recommend it. I just tried the greencig battery and it seems to work fine...can't comment on the price.
vapnaway mentioned that the KR808, also known as the Vapor King at Vapor4Life and the Nebula at Vapornine and...
And while they'll fit on the Bloog battery, the draw is heavy. Just tried it...great vapor, but after 5 minutes started to get a burnt plastic smell and taste. I assume insufficient air was flowing over the atomizer coil and it was overheating and cooking itself. If you take a close look at...
