    You won't / cant get surges to just one circuit, the surge will come from either a faulty ground coming from the main service outside or the street transformer that supply's yours and your 50 neighbors is old and putting out unstable voltage, it happens all the time, damaging motherboards first...

    Those heads use a vertical single clapton and 55 would be my max on the .4 your next step up for better flavor would be an RTA but will more than likely double your juice consumption, kind of a give and take at this point ........

    Your custard's and creams will take on average 2 - 3 weeks to come around, but should still NOT be harsh, especially with 70vg, cheap nicotine would be my guess but you will find out in a week or two ...............
