    but I hate to be thick, but on my battery if hold the + you can turn the watts up, and if I hold the "- "I can still turn the v up and down, so say ive just set my volts at 5.2, then ive set my watts at 7.5, "then" I change the watts to 11, the volts still will stay at 5.2 that's what I don't...
