    I too have been wondering if there is any sort of metal cap. That carbon fiber looks really good. If I could get the electronics out of the LT I am thinking about swirling it like my guitar. I think that would look pretty cool.

    cool thanks tx...I would get that but it looks like it comes with the knock off batteries so I guess I will just wait for volcano to get their battery situation straight.

    On the volcano site it looks like the tube itself is still 69.00 and there is no option to select the kit in the drop down menu. If that price is for the kit, I will order tonight!

    Thanks guys for all the input. I think I am going to go ahead and purchase a VV this friday and be done with it. I definately enjoy my ego-t but am in the mood for something better.....:D

    Does Nic level have any effect on TH?

    I personally have noticed that the higher the nic level seems to give your mouth that somewhat "prickly" inside for lack of a better word, while more PG seems to give a deeper throat hit. And btw, welcome from Raleigh!!

    hang in there! Not smoking only makes crappy situations worse but you can do it! Believe me, I deal with some of the worst people on the face of the planet on a daily basis and would want nothing more than to grab an analog but after it is said and done, I find much more comfort in making it...

    I think I am about to purchase a lavatube and cant quite figure out what cart/tank to go with. I know for a fact that I want a tank cart. but don't know which ones fit the lavatube or what the best set up would be to maximize vape. Thanks in advance for the help!

    just getting started looking for advice

    I too have just gotten into vaping a couple of weeks ago. Instead of buying liquids I just opted to make my own as it is cheaper and you can dial the nic and flavor to your precise liking. I also smoked almost 2 packs of cigs a day and this has certainly been my saving grace.

    I did have leaking issues with my ego-t at first but after getting the silicone end caps for the tank and using a 50/50 pg/vg mixture I dont have any more probs. I am, however, about to swith to VV as that seems to be the "cats meow" if you will.

    Personally I believe it is definately worth the hassle. It is really the most simple thing to do and ends up costing me about 50-75% cheaper than buying it. Not to mention you can get the flavor you want at the exact nic content you want.
