    Mine only stays green when I put fully/mostly charged batteries on it when I plug it in. May be a problem in the protection circuit of the battery.. is that the only battery you have tried on it? Andy

    same charger I use... got a pair of 16340's on there now.. also use it on my 18650.. bay 1 on left, bay 2 on right... if charging a single battery put it in bay 1.. positive on the top, plug in.. LED red = charging, flashing red/green fast = almost done... green = done.. no problems for me Andy
