Shouldn't have problems getting ingredients for 0mg liquid. All you need is PG, VG and flavorings. Unless you are talking about the other type of 0mg which also contain tobacco. There's a section on ECF that discuss about DIY liquid extensively - DIY E-Liquid -

I agree with that. Same thing will happen too with any kind of medicine that's not intended for the person. I've read somewhere that 30-60mg is potentially hazardous to adults and much lower tolerance for a child at 10mg. -

True, have to take extra precautions of where you leave your juices. One of my dogs ever snuck up on me while i was asleep, chewed and drank from a 1ml cartridge of 18mg juice. Luckily, she was unharmed. Now i make sure that doesn't ever happen again.- Syn007
