    I love living in Delaware. Vapor Labs has 0 stores open within 15 miles of my house, or 50 miles, or 100 miles. Nobody within 50 miles....the closest B&M that I know of is is Philadelphia....80 miles away.

    For my flavorings, I went with WL. They sell 8ml flavorings for ~1.50 each. I bought 20 of them to taste test and experiment with. I make smaller batches, 10-15ml, to try out the flavorings. When I find a flavor I like, I buy a bigger bottle from the manufacturer, TPA, FlavourArt, etc...
