    I've never bought ejuice or vaping gear online. I am moving to a higher cost of living area and would like to start making my own juice as the new state I'm moving to is very tax happy. What's a reputable website where I can get the equipment, vg, pg, nicotine and flavorings all in one go?

    I did realize that I was firing too long when testing my empty coil for OHMs, quickly degrading the integrity, and that I shouldn't tighten the post screws all the way down and then decide to open them back up and move the coil. But also a bit of practice and I think a lot of dumb luck.

    I have a kanger subox mini and I LOVE IT! But, I want something a little smaller and more subtle for when I'm out all day. Okay and because...shinyitis. I love my settings 0.5 OHMs and 30 watts, at least on my current device. I prefer an RBA deck. The large juice channels make me happy...

    I do 5-6 with 26 gauge and get 0.5 OHMs wrapping around the infamous blue screwdriver.

    The other day I was putting a coil on my RBA deck, put it together, went to take a vape and...got a mouth full of lava that also ran out through the air holes onto my poor hands because I forgot to put the cap on the RBA deck. Oops! So yeah, you're not alone.

    Find a bead shop and ask for Chinese shears. Sharp, accurate, compact, inexpensive. Actually, most of my.jewelry tools have been perfect.

    Oh my gosh, yes! Everything I watched and read suggested I was over wicking. But when I cut back and did EXACTLY what the videos suggested all I tasted was cotton! Argh!

    Still better than buying coils, I guess. I feel like I'm getting better performance, I don't have to worry about running out of coils and I'm surely saving money even with the wasted wire, lol!

    It actually really helps to know even veterans struggle sometimes. The guy at the vape shop said he felt my tank was particularly difficult to build on, but I figured he was just soothing my ego.

    Blech. Built my first real coil from scratch last weekend, previously used prefabbed RBA coils that came with my kit just to practice setting it and wicking it. Took forever, many failed attempts, but I finally had it. Safe OHMs, proper wicking. Went to a vape shop to have them double check...

    I think a tube mod is next on my list. Like I said, I just had the one device right now so I'm very good at justifying this in my head, but I can also see myself with a growing collection but just using one mod. Lol!

    how many watts do you normally vape?

    I hover at 30 watts. Nice and warm, highlights the flavor of my current juice well.
