    Your calculations on right, but the watts are spread across two coils. It does matter the number of coils. You can slam a 1.5 ohm dual coil over 5 volts with no burning. Thats how they do it.

    10% is the strongest I go on tobacco type flavors, they go from heavenly to nasty in just a few %. Fruity stuff I do 20%, anyone ever complain about too much strawberry? Ejuicemeup is the calc I use for mixing. Make sure your plug in the numbers in right.
