    Nope, for groovy and everyone else. He is using 4 ml of nic base a bottle, gotta be some weak stuff. Rts is throwing water into their vg nic now, won't buy from there till they stop, but its good for price comparisons. Voidmist used to do that with PGA in their nic, he stopped that though.
