    eGo XL Atty?

Welcome back, Infojunkie!! All's well that ends well. Good on you for being back in the vape zone. OK, so I've never used this atty...so others here will be more helpful with specifics. But I can say that I'm not a fan of carts. I would recommend that you either use the atty with a drip tip...

    buying IN Canada From Canada

For a westerly source, SonHomme, there's Nic Fit Nation (nicfitnation.com). They tend to be somewhat pricier (e.g. 99 bucks for their eGo starter kit vs 79 bucks from Happy Vaper), but they carry genuine Joyetech, and the location coincides with your above request. They have kits, juices...

FDA demands review of newer tobacco products- Front Page MSNBC

I hear ya, slappy. But the truth is we vapers have little to fear on the nicotine count. The nicotine itself (in tobacco, NRT, and e-juice...which all contain comparable levels) is at safe levels. At safe levels, nicotine is known to be no more harmful than caffeine. Both are deadly at unsafe...

Awesome, Vocalek & yvilla! Then the upper hand in our struggle remains ours!

FDA demands review of newer tobacco products- Front Page MSNBC

Aaaahhh, that makes much more sense, maxx. The FDA & BT have been on for a while about mandating lower nic levels in tobacco cigs (which is bizarrely a recipe for even heavier smoking amongst smokers - smokers will just smoke more deadly tobacco to get their nic fix). But yeah - if the WebMD...

FDA demands review of newer tobacco products- Front Page MSNBC

Fair enough, yvilla. That part wasn't entirely clear to me. But in any event...I am certain that electronic cigarettes (regardless of brand name) have been commercially available in the U.S. since well before February 2007. Not on the same scale as today (demand has increased, obviously, and...

FDA demands review of newer tobacco products- Front Page MSNBC

Is it just me or is the FDA basically trying to take on the role of legislator? I don't think they have the authority to ban products just because they don't meet with a brand-new dinky internal rule of theirs that does not have a basis in law! I don't remember Congress ever passing legislation...

Where to get attys in BC?

Hi Nem2k. Unfortunately I don't think there are any brick & mortar stores - anywhere in Canada - that have attys, or cartos, or PV's. Your best hope would be to connect with a fellow vaper in your area, who can either meet with you in person (good excuse for some Timmies), or mail you an atty...

    Looking for a sampler pack

Bear in mind lelly that Canadian customs will seize e-juice if it is conspicuously labelled as containing nicotine. If you really want to try American e-juices, there are a number of Canadian vapers here who order e-juice from the States & can point you in the right direction. bornagainst &...

    Uvapeit Im afraid

Hi there MedsKid. Yes you're right - Uvapeit totally screwed over one of our fellow vapers (Victor Frankenstein here on the forum) a while back. To the tune of about $100 (!!!). And they weren't apologetic about it. They basically said "not our problem." Ever since then they've been...

*comforting hugs for you* Sorry that you've had such a rough go of things so far, lelly. But don't worry - third time's a charm (especially with HappyVaper)!!

GE bans smoking on all its properties - including e-cigarettes

Rob...that's completely hypocritical of G.E. to allow (& even offer) traditional NRT, with it's 90 to 95% failure rate...but disallow vaping. Just because they can do a stupid thing like this, does not mean it makes any sense for them to do it. I still wonder how exactly they intend to...

GE bans smoking on all its properties - including e-cigarettes

Agreed, Rob. Good post. I'm no fan of smoking anymore...but I completely agree that telling smokers they can't even go outside - outside! - to an outdoor smoking area to have a puff during their break or lunch, is pretty damn unreasonable.

GE bans smoking on all its properties - including e-cigarettes

Rob, my apologies - I didn't mean to imply you were making things up. That was by no means my intention. I know you're a good and totally honest guy! I was just saying I couldn't find anything about it...and pointing out that firing someone for vaping would be the equivalent of firing...

GE bans smoking on all its properties - including e-cigarettes

Rob, I'm all for sounding the alert on things...and I agree, better to be too alert than not alert enough. But I can't find anything at all on any of GE's sites when I search nicotine, or tobacco, or cigarettes, etc etc etc. Let alone electronic cigarettes or vaping. The only thing I found...

    Rainbow Vapor and the eGO

Hi lelly & welcome! I'm just heading to bed at the moment so I'm rushing this post, but welcome. I second Neon's post, wholeheartedly. With Jack you always get friendliness, peace of mind, and quality. It's rare to encounter someone whose good reputation is so well-earned as Jack's is. He...

    Selling old junk on ECF

Sparky, best suggestion is once you and the person buying the stuff from you have agreed in principle to the deal... ...before they send you any payment, get their address first & then take the stuff to the post office so you can get a specific shipping quote. That way you'll both know the...
