Yeah, I though I pulled the top layer off pretty good and threw it out... maybe I need to go deeper, there's definitely enough to spare. I got some distilled water for DIY, so maybe I'll give it another go this weekend.
I wonder if my ultrasonic cleaner would do anything to the yarn... I got...
Yeah, its a brand. Everyone uses the white kind of it. I boiled it for like 20mins or more and it still had a bad taste. I guess a few things could of happened. Either the roll got touched or up next to something that tainted the outer edges of the yarn roll and thats all i pulled out to boil...
If its a clone, go for it... what'ya got to loose. If its a legit $100 atty, i'd think twice about it. Thats just me because $100 is a lot of money to gamble with.

The air flow areas are small all around the immo compaired to most simple designed RDA's we see. The sleeve holes, the ceramic holes, the 3 deck holes, the space of the chamber inside the sleeve and the top cap/deck. It all adds up to the slower air flow, which is why making just one of those...
That cut might help with the air flow a little bit. Keep in mind the immortalizer wasn't made for mass clouds and air flow.... it was made for flavor. The air for the most part will only flow was fast and as much as the smallest point. The aluminum sleeve on it keeps a small chamber internaly...
what kinda yarn are you using? I picked up some peaches & cream from walmart which a lot of people in my town use. But i was getting a bad taste from it so i gave up. Maybe i had it to tight. The peaches & cream is white, despite the name of it.

Intresting. The cotton balls for the most part have been working out really good for me. Every once and a wile i'll make a build that will taste burnt about a 4th of a tank (with a kayfun) in though.
Maybe on those ones my cotton is to tight. If its to loose i can tell right away because i get...
Its to bad they put whatever that black paint or crap is allover the threading; which is whats giving it the crazy voltage drop. But you can always coil your attys resistance lower to make up for it.

Nice, thanks guys. I guess im a moosher or buncher myself.... i do like to do a quick roll between on palms though just to make the cotton a fairly even thickness throughout. But i do so with little to no presure as to not compact the cotton down.
I've been wanting to roll the hell out of it...
I through a thicker stand of cotton in and now its working nice. There's definitaly a fine line between to much and to little cotton. With too little, theres to much room inbetween the cotton and coil so the coil just glows red hot like you were firing it with no wick at all.
Are you guys...
Thanks for the info guys. I know its too long, i took the pic before i trimmed it. I got it all set up and ready to go and its actually super hot and not working right. Its only at 0.9ohms, which i have other kayfuns with cotton at the same resistance and they work just fine. So i think it might...
i'm kinda new to cotton. Ive been a silica and ekowool guy for a long time now. I tried cotton yarn in the past, but didnt like it. I picked up the brand everyone in my town seemed to be using and swore by, but even after boiling and drying it i just got a taste i didnt like from it.
I recently...
Why is one bigger than the other? Maybe it's just me and my small phone. I thought all the clones were at least 22mm in width, even with all the other differences in threading and material.

I've been seeing a lot of admins from multiple forums bashing tapatalk. Obviously they want it to work good for us, the users that find it helpful. I just wish tapatalk didn't suck so bad with their updates and worked property on all the forums it was designed for.
Tapatalk used to be the bomb... not it's junk everywhere I go. I would ditch it in a second if something better was around.
When it worked, it was amazing. It was so easy to keep with posts and everything from a phone. Plus it was lighting speed compared to the web on a phone even if the...
Seed steeping sounds like the sour mash wiskey method of the vape world... I've actually done this without even knowing it's a thing.

tapatalk has been a PITA lately on a lot of sites... They came out with app updates and also forum updates to be installed on your favorite websites very recently (like the past 2 weeks).
This has caused issues. I'm not sure if the new update for the forums is bad, or if the one for the app is...
Dang, 300 piece ring set. That should hold me over a wile. Hopefully I can find the right size tool to fit in the small ring holes. Such a weird switch.
