    I have heard you can use uncolored cotton yarn and/or cottom ball material as wicking. Anyone know any good sources, particularly on Amazon for like 3 mm yarn? Also what is a microcoil, and how does it differ from a regularly wrapped single coil? Thanks.

    Not sure about ethyl maltol, but with a sucralose solution, I like around 4%. Everyone is different. Fruit and desserts do usually benefit from sweetening. Make 5 ml or smaller batches when possible, until you hit on what you like.
