    No i am not joking ! be careful and dont over do it.. theres no end with an ecig... so you must self regulate... if you suffer from panic attacks "stimulates do trigger attack's" when ive had to much i know about it... and like you say it can be very unpleasant so dont over use...be careful if...

    you have to be careful with 36mg it can bring on panic attack's in some, and is easy to OD on. 24mg gives a nice buzz :D

    12mg just isnt cutting the mustard time to increase me thinks;) If your vaping constantly with 12mg i think you need to up to 24mg makes sense.
