    Thats how I ride too. 1 to 2 hours on back roads. Sometimes I get the urge to speed up but not so often anymore. On the Autobahn it was getting to dangerous. Not so much the speed of the bike but the way other drivers behaved. Constantly had to be on the look out for those who are not able to...

    That is pork ribs. They are cooked, not like baby back ribs. Goes real good with Sauerkraut. What also is a typical German thing is Sauerkraut with Frankfurter Würstchen (beef franks):) Now I want some:glare:
