    do you own the dna200 or the dna 40? if you own the 200 u can input a custom TCR value for various types of wire. you're stuck with ni200 on the dna40.

    SS on dna 40 will perform great in regular wattage mode BUT will not work for temp control as SS's TCR is too small and the dna40 is set of for ni200's TCR only.

    316 tcr 0.00092 and i'm pretty sure that's lowest tcr ive seen for ss. so 0.00010 would be crazy low, "not gonna work" low.

    that's one thing that separates the yihi sx from the dna......for now. yihi has an adjustable preheat (soft eco pwrful pwrfu+) even in plain wattage mode. the dna only does a preheat in TC.

    i'm just gonna throw my trpubleshooting methods for when it instantly displays "TP". either my base res is way to low, as in, inaccurately low (short somewhere). the csv/tcr is too low of a number.
