    Someone please explain RBA/tanks ?

If you watch the video, you'll see that RBAs (RSST, aka "Gennys" etc) work against gravity by having vertical wicks and vertical coils. Your wick dips into the reservoir beneath and feed the coil juice by pulling it up. It's exactly the opposite of BCCs like the Protank and do not require...

    Someone please explain RBA/tanks ?

I think checking out Grimm's recent upload The AC9 and The RSST would be the best thing you could do to get a sense of the popular Genesis-style RBAs. Also, pretty sure the Kayfun isn't a Genesis, but it is certainly a rebuildable tank system. If you're not familiar with wrapping your own...

    RSST and MVP2

Depends what kind of coils you plan on building. Standard, like what you find in a Protank Head? Micro coil, like... well micro coil? Hmm what else is there aside from sub ohm? I honestly don't know. But those are your usual suspects anyway. Cotton is hands down the easiest wicking material to...

Need some help for an X-MAS present.

I agree with Dakota, RBAs are not really intended for beginners not to say that they wouldn't work for them though. In lieu, you really can't beat the simplicity of an RDA as well as the training ground it provides for RBAs. :2c:

    Kanthal types

None that I'm aware of, aside from the fact that they have different melting points. Nichrome clocks in at 2462°F whereas Kanthal melts at 2730°F. This is different from intended usage, I think I've heard it thrown around you're unlikely to reach above 800°F. I use 28GA Kanthal A-1. Why? It...

    E cigs in public places

He was being sarcastic in reference to ANTZ and crazy non-smokers/vapers, if I'm not mistaken. If he was being sincere, then he's mistaken. BAM!

I have a question about sub ohm vaping

Might consider lowering to 3/64" or even 1/32". With 28ga it should take around 15-20 wraps to get a reasonable resistance for single coil builds, of course you can always sub it if you feel the need. I used 3/32" and 1/16" for a while but having switched to the smallest diameters I've noticed...

    Velvet Cloud Vapor

Velvet Cloud Vapor has a -25% store wide sale going on until November 30th!!! No coupon code required, heck it might even stack with a coupon. I wouldn't know though because I just spent a hefty sum and used a -15% coupon last week sooo... looks like I'll be missing out on this one...

    Cotton and more cotton

I found this stuff last week: Cotton Biowick 3mm. Seems pretty sweet I would definitely order some if they sold 1mm or 2mm. I use organic cotton balls as well and never had an issue with taste. Just pull em apart until its nice and loose, gently form the shape without rolling the whole thing...

First off, here's some good reading you should check out and get acquainted with: Information Resources for your first RBA Deeper Understanding of Mod Batteries Part 1 Deeper Understanding of Mod Batteries Part 2 Battery Basics For Mods - IMR or Protected? Understand that Sub-ohm coils are...

    dripping been missing out!

That's a good video, makes me want a jig like that... but a good ole bit set does the trick just fine for me. It's also a good reference for size but you are absolutely right - as long as your coils are tight and wrapped around something tiny then you've got the recipe for deliciousness :D...

    dripping been missing out!

Exactly what I thought when I first tried dripping. Now it's all I do. Put a nicely wrapped 5/64" or 3/64" micro coil on there and experience the best of the best! :toast:

    Velvet Cloud Vapor

I can most certainly relate! I requested the Harvest Berry as my sampler and it's damn delicious. I love fruit but haven't enjoyed them as vapes. Harvest Berry is absolutely the exception to that. Now I have to place another order for a more sizable portion of that and choose yet again another...

    Velvet Cloud Vapor

Just got my large order in the mail today!!! 120mL of Night Shift 10mL Sampler of Harvest Berry I was going really crazy there for 4-5 days, having no VCV to vape on. But the wait was totally worth it. 120mL of Night Shift. Yes I really love it that much. As usual, very good straight...

You Read A Gushing Idolic Juice Review, Made An Order and Was Disappointed

I couldn't agree more here. Much to my chagrin, it happened to me on various occasions, always after jumping in and spending a goodly amount on a much larger bottle. I still have those bottles, and they're still NOTHING like the first samplers I tried, which were amazing. Glad I don't have to...

You Read A Gushing Idolic Juice Review, Made An Order and Was Disappointed

A very good point, yet it's hard to not gush about a flavor you like. I tend to take merit in only the more generalized proponents. For instance... I really love Velvet Cloud Vapor My favorite is Night Shift. Why do I like VCV? All their juices tend to have a thick, velvety consistency when...

    Why lower Nicotine level?

I concur, while Nicotiana tabacum (Commercialized tobacco) is indeed a cousin of the much deadlier Atropa belladona (Deadly Nightshade) neither are quite as pernicious as many would think. You can certainly die from overdose or accidental exposure, but the toxins/alkaloids are also used to...

    Kanthal question

For 9-10 you'd probably work better with 30GA. A 4-5 wrap of 32 will usually end up around 1.8Ω. I use nothing but 28GA for my micro coils because I always try to get around 1.3Ω. To get 2.0Ω I would have to wrap like 20x around a 3/32" bit. Doable but not my preferred size or resistance. With...
