    From what I understand, vg when applied to the skin, hair and scalp is a humectant. Don't know why your lips would get dry from it. Do you breath through your mouth a lot?

    Yep, and children's medicines, eyedrops, and when they walk into a bakery shop they're inhaling all of the ingredients in our ejuice. I haven't heard of any bakery chefs that have been hospitalized because of it yet, and they've baked cookies, cupcakes, and cakes every day for decades.

    5 years ago the FDA lost a lawsuit because they were trying to regulate ecigs as medicinal devices. The court's judgment was ecigs are not medicinal devices and the only way the FDA can regulate them is if they do so as a tobacco product. This is the whole hulabaloo going on now.
