    10 mg of nicotine is not high at all. Your symptoms are withdrawal from the cigarettes and nothing more. Once your body detoxes, it gets a lot better. Do take the time and read the link you've been provided by previous posters on the effects of quitting smoking cigarettes.

    I don't understand the mentality that adults don't want good tasting anything. Where does it say that after adulthood (whatever that is) people gravitate to bland tasting foods, drinks, etc. I certaintly don't want to vape castor oil... It's the puritanical mindset that "we must not" enjoy...

    What I understand from reading the studies (I'm not a scientist) is that we don't absorb all of the nicotine the products contain, only a portion. And then we exhale a portion of what we absorbed. That's why "second hand" anything is absurd.

    All of the above, aaand, make sure whatever delivery device you're using is wicking correctly. Don't wait until the ejuice is down to almost nothing, refill your device when it's halfway down, or at the most 1/3rd of the way to empty.
