    Back to ciggies - conceivable?

I couldn't afford to go back to cigarettes. I'm spending about $120 a month on vaping supplies vs $250-300 a month on cigarettes. I'm down to 0 nic to 3mg nic, so I don't think it would be as traumatic as the times I quit cold turkey.

    Desperate much?

Airborne illnesses are caught when you're in the vicinity of the person infected. You don't see their breath, but you sure breathe in whatever they're breathing out.

Health Care Providers Want to Learn More About E-Cigarettes

I reiterate, lead them to CASAA. I'm sure the Board would love to talk to them about ecigs.

The Straw That Broke Gizmodo's Back - Simplistic Bashing of the Vaping Community

It sounds like it is run by immature 10 year olds. Mind you, I've met 10 year olds who have been enlightened by their upbringing, this outfit may be a "you can put anything on the internet."

Let's talk about the 'gateway' effect...

As long as there are people who just follow and not question why they need to take something in the first place. Don't get me wrong, I believe in medicines when there is a darned good reason to take them. I'm a breast cancer survivor of 25 years and after getting a second and a third opinion, I...

Let's talk about the 'gateway' effect...

My doctor prescribed Wellbutrin as well to me to stop smoking. It didn't make a dent on the smoking. However, I walked around with a kind of foggy head and I finally realized after years of taking it that I was letting life roll by without experiencing any feelings whether good or bad. I just...

Let's talk about the 'gateway' effect...

So... nicotine is addictive. The FDA, triple A, and all the other alphabet letters say ecigs are bad because they contain nicotine and it's "a gateway" to smoking. Okay... so why did the FDA approve patches to be used indefinitely? Don't they contain nicotine? What if the chilreeen get a hold...

New Vapors giving ammunition to anti-vapor stigmas?????

What a perfect opportunity to educate your non vaping friends! If they're so inclined to make it a point to ask you about it, they may be inclined to do some of their own research by visiting CASAA's website.

Let's talk about the 'gateway' effect...

Totally agree! I can also think of worse addictions other than nicotine (if it is an addiction as delivered through an ecig) that are mind altering to the point of the user being a life threatening entity (I'm not talking about second hand anything!)

OMB publishes the FDA's deeming regulation information on the December agenda

I just had a thought... watch out here it comes. What if the FDA is forcing the ANTZ and Glantz of this world to work hard for the grant money they're getting. I picture them passing around the popcorn and waiting until the "troops" do as much propaganda as possible and then the FDA comes in...

1+ like! If at 18 years of age a young man/woman can sign their lives to the armed forces to be laid on the line for our FREEDOM, then why is vaping such a hot button topic with some forum members? I don't get it...

Heavy Breathing caused by too much nicotine? Anxiety???

My breathing improved tenfold since I started vaping. I no longer need a CPAP machine at night and sleep like a baby throughout the night without waking up once even to go to the bathroom. I smoked for more than 40 years. I haven't read the whole thread, but strongly suggest you see a doctor.

I can't believe they can do this!!

Chuck it up to experience. The only thing you can do is write the owner/manager of the establishment and tell him of your experience, send him some informational material you can download from the CASAA website, and tell him in no uncertain terms that as long as he has the non-vaping policy he...
