This what I thought when I read the OP's post. I vape 10 ml of ejuice a day! If the OP is constantly vaping and is only going through 10 ml a week, then he's inhaling dry hits galore and that for sure will irritate the throat and possibly the lungs.
I'm not sure if this is a scientific way of measuring the amount of nicotine your body is handling. I'm not a medical researcher, but the body does processes out nicotine on a continuous basis so I don't think it's a cut-n-dry proposition of multiplying the nicotine content times the amount of...
After more than 40 years of smoking I stopped all together after 1 1/2 weeks of vaping. Don't give yourself any added stress, keep the ashtrays around and smell them once in a while, it may help you give up the cigarettes after you start vaping.
I didn't have any plans on quitting smoking...
I don't buy plastic tanks anymore, I've had my 3 Kanger Aerotanks now for (I think) 9 months and haven't had any problems with them. But any citrus, banana, cinnamon, and the usual flavors will react/crack plastic tanks regardless of vendor.
Make sure your wick is well saturated, you could be vaping semi dry hits. I used to vape my tanks to almost dry trying to save pennies, now I refill the clearo when it's halfway full and haven't had the problem in 3 years.
The last order I received was scanned and processed in Waco, then it was sent to Dallas where it stayed for 2 whole days. Next notification I get says it was sent back to Coppell, then again to Dallas. From Dallas it went to Houston and 2 days later it was processed through to my local post...
I was 63 when I started vaping, but I do have a young 'uns outlook on life. I'm retired and couldn't care less if people think I'm "cool." LOL
I smoked 1 to 1 1/2 pad for more than 45 years. I quit smoking a week and a half after I started vaping.
My daughter and my son-in-law bought my first ecig and the first couple of months' supplies and told me I could try vaping to see if I liked it and if it didn't work, it was all right...
Smoking helped me to cope with stressful situations, and for decades my life was a constant stream of stress. I was a single mother raising first two children and then later on after my second marriage, my youngest who is 26.
If I were you, I would increase the nicotine for those moments when...
OP, have you tried a simple saline nose spray you can get at a drug store? They're inexpensive and I use it when my nose gets dry from vaping. Also drink water to hydrate your body.
Good luck to you.
Spend some time reading and researching the CASAA website and also Dr. Konstantinos Farsalinos. You'll find a ton load of information there for starters.
You don't need to abstain from vaping around other if you have a cold/flu, your breathing will still reach them. As a matter of fact you may want to vape around them and warn them to stay away from the vapor so they don't get sick, you can't do that when your breath is invisible.
Just sayin'...
