I'm now thinking that "disagree" counts as a neutral rating, neither adding to the positive total nor subtracting from it. In my opinion, that's a poor decision...

    The Windows Character Map lists the Alt Code for each symbol but I didn't know it would work on the forum. Here we go, Alt+0162 for the cent sign: Didn't work, just came out blank. I think maybe that's something that will work with a Mac but not with a PC.
