Just tried mine and the AFC fits the new 2014 base perfectly, with both o-rings Don't know why people are having problems with some Maybe Philippino tolerances The AFC ID that fits over the o-rings is the same size as the standard Cyclone cap -

I just received a TF Cyclone from VapeDay It is an old style BF Cyclone The feed and drain holes are a little above the deck ~1mm Bottom of holes about even with top edge of the tapered deck !!! Tapered deck !!! -
