Yes If two 1.5 ohm coils are connected in parallel then the total resistance will be .75 ohm The formula is called "Product over Sum" (1.5 X 1.5) divided by (1.5 + 1.5) = .75 -

GGTS Cleaning
Just ordered the Rayn ultrasonic cleaner from Amazon. There were other cleaners for less than half the cost but the Rayn has a bigger tank/basket and the timer has more presets. Also got a 6 pack of Blitz cleaning solution I'll post back here after I try it out next week -
