    The Istick and Nautilus is a greats set up. If your throat is hurting you when you do direct lung hits, you probably have a high PG, got to a lower PG juice. Like a 50/50 40/60. Also what helped me was not doing direct lung hits, but drawing the vapor into my mouth then into my lungs. It...

    Heartburn and acid reflux

    It happened to me in the beginning, lasted about a week or so off and on. I was doing fruits and was the same ratio as you on pg/vg. It went away rather quickly after I switched to a 50/50 ratio to juices that were creamier and not sweet.
