I used a regular power drill with a 2.1mm bit. I put almost no force on it and slowly drilled out. Only thing to watch out for is the spring inside but even it seems to be easy to reposition. If I remember correctly the hole is 1.7mm stock. So you might try slow stepping .1mm at a time as...
So reading this thread after having lack of taste issues with the Atlantis I decided to rewick one of my heads. I swapped out the ceramic for some Japanese cotton. Vapor production is still excellent but flavor is still lacking. I tried tons of different wattage/airflow combos and everything...
I run around 15w. I did however drill out my air holes to 2.1mm. I think gurgling happens when you are getting juice faster than you can pull air (So would make sense that I don't have it as I have increased the airflow drastically. ) I do not have any gurgling on my setup.
Got my silver mini in yesterday and my black shipped out yesterday as well (Both from Vapor Range). Battery wise I am using Samsung 25r (These seem to last along time in any setting I have used them). I have button top and flat top they both fit and work fine.
This thing is quite solid...
Honestly after looking at this if someone asked me the best path to rebuildabales I would say keep the clearo you have and get you a Lemo. They are cheap and most importantly easy as heck to build. They are even super forgiving on wicking. I have not tried the subtank yet but I don't see...
The two way seems kind of pointless to me unless it is amazing. I don't think I will like building on this more than on my rbas that are full time rba. I don't mind having a separate Clearomizer for when I need it. Add to that it is enormous and It is just not for me. To me this is a hype...
And I thought it was over but sadly mine has started leaking again regardless of the airflow screws. I have moved it to the extended storage area of my vape gear. It is sad because when this thing is working it really is a nice vape.
So for the leaking I on a whim decided to tighten up the air flow screws. I tightened them all the way down and leaking stopped. I backed them out a bit to an airflow I was happy with and it seems to have solved the leaking. I have had it sitting on it's side for ~hour and no leaking at all.
I use a Silo lite with the bvc heads on avg ~5 hours a day. I got my first BVC head on Nov 14th. I have run Boba's / Castle Long and El Kamino through it. I have not had to swap a coil yet but I have to be close as my 2.1ohm coil is up to 2.5 on the reading. Performance and flavor are still...
Heads are now called OrganicCotton Coil heads (OCC). The page says Japanese cotton.
And the crushing blow for me .... Attention: The updated Organic Cotton Coil OCC unit are not capable with other clearomizers.
Makes my decision easy as I don't want a 25mm clear. I will wait for a smaller...
I have pretty much given up on my Atlantis. The flavor is just very lacking. It does not have a bad taste it is just the flavor is muted (maybe 70% of my kayfun) Vapor production is insane but I am more of a flavor junkie. I have not changed the coil after maybe 10 tanks or so but I have...
So some in this thread has said that it leaks. Saying leak is not far as this thing _drains_. I tried small, medium, large and stuffed cotton. Even stuffed drained 1/3 of tank laying on it's side for 2 hours. On the way out this morning I decided I would stuff the juice channels with cotton...
I got mine in today (Bought on BF). I did a build with twisted 32g at 1ohm. The flavor in this thing is really good. I normally vape a kayfun lite+ at ~15w which has amazing flavor but the Billow is not to far behind. It kills the Lemo and FoggerV4 in the flavor departments and smokes the...
I have ran 4 or 5 tanks now so update:
Vapor production is insane but flavor is still lacking for me. My normal vapes are Kayfun lite+ at 18.8w and Silo lite at 12.1w. Both of these produce much more flavor this far. I have tried the Atlantis between 15w and 35w and can't seem to get good...
It came with two BDC heads (I chunked em) and bought Aspire BVC 2.1 ohm heads. I vape at 12.1w on the iStick. The ohms reading is up to 2.4 now but I am still vaping great. I am putting a few picks on here to show the Silo lite on an iStick.
