Interesting. I don't have a DNA200 but on my SX350j equipped mod, the TCR of 0.00092 works great using the 0.5Ω SS Cubis coil. Very confusing. -

Yes you can run it in power, SS316 or by using a manually input TCR. The TCR for SS316 is 0.00092 which on the VTC Mini would be 0092, however, it does not work for me. -

Thanks Eric. I think I need to buy some SS and try it on a coil I build rather than a pre-made SS coil. If anyone here has a pre-built SS316 coil they can try on the mini using a TCR I'd love to hear if it works for them. -

Are you using a manual TCR or the SS setting? Either way, however, this doesn't answer the question of why an SS coil works fine using the SS316 setting but not using a manual TCR setting. -

0.52Ω on VTC 0.54Ω on SX350j I don't think it's the readings. If someone else here has an atty with SS316 coils perhaps they could try to duplicate what I experiencing. Works fine on SS316 setting and almost no vapor using a TCR of 0092. -

420° and 25 watts. Same setting I'm using on the SX350j. Something's not right with the TCR using the VTC Mini. Either that or the 0092 setting I'm using is very wrong. -

The SS heads work great on my VTC Mini on their standard SS setting. I'll try using a TCR when I get a chance as well. -

I really don't know which grade of SS to use. I've been very happy with Ti for many months but I can't leave well enough alone! So you'd suggest using 304 then? Could you point me to a good source? -

I'm curious where you found this. I can't seem to find SS430 anywhere and don't really understand why SS316 seems so readily available when 430 seems to be better suited to temp limiting. -

Do you plan on quiting vaping and why or why not?
I smoked for 41 years and quit on 9/1/2009 so 6 years vaping. Will I quit? I don't know. I'm down to 2mg nic now and really believe I don't need it but, I enjoy the hobby. Since cotton singes at 410°, would it not make sense to dry fire it at 410° and adjust the TCR until it singes? -

The person who told me this clarified his statement. Apparently it does go over 75 watts but when you scroll past 75 watts it doesn't show the wattage going up. Once you fire the mod it does show the correct wattage. Not a big deal but perhaps a minor bug. I can't verify it because I don't use a...
