OH LOOK, i bought 28 GAUGE for my VAMO! . . . solution inside + an END to the LONG LEGS MYTH!!!

Inductance has little to nothing to do with thermodynamics. We aren't creating heat though magnetism. chokes are used to filter static interference that would make high quality speakers sound like vinyl. Light bulbs have low/no resistance post and the entire length of the filament glows.

OH LOOK, i bought 28 GAUGE for my VAMO! . . . solution inside + an END to the LONG LEGS MYTH!!!

 And I'm the obtuse one... Just eyeballing it, my legs are very close to the same length of yours. Is it practical to do so in an IGO-L...No, but that wasn't the point. The point was to show that hot legs are not a myth. The video clearly shows this. My coil was not empty, it was...

OH LOOK, i bought 28 GAUGE for my VAMO! . . . solution inside + an END to the LONG LEGS MYTH!!!

I didn't ask you to do lab experiments ad nausea, just asked a few questions. If you dont feel that it is worth your time to backup and defend your own statements, then it's easier for me to debunk them. Since you dont want to answer the questions, I'll cut to the chase. I shot a short video...

OH LOOK, i bought 28 GAUGE for my VAMO! . . . solution inside + an END to the LONG LEGS MYTH!!!

Dear Great Master Coil Builder, First I must apologize for not realizing that any opposition, no matter how valid, would automatically fall into your closed-minded and judgmental categorizes of stubborn and obtuse. I also apologize for for any burden that you endured while coming down off...

Put a wet wick inside that coil, turn the power up, and see what glows. ;)

    Sigelei Mechnical Mods

M3 or #4 will fit in the hole, but won't thread into the button. You'll need to cut new threads to get the original button to work with a typical screw.

    Sigelei Mechnical Mods

The #8 "no modification needed" spring delete mod: I used a little Teflon tape to tighten up the threads a little, but it isnt required. Unscrew the post and fit it by trial and error. Do NOT over tighten as it will damage the battery. Adjust the post until the cap will screw in...

    Sigelei Mechnical Mods

I would recommend a flat head machine crew, available at you local home improvement store. Pan head isnt going to have much contact surface on a flat battery.

is there a vv pv that can run more than 15 watts?

Efficiency loss is one factor that will affect battery life, but it's largely unknown unless you do the measurements yourself or have a datasheet for the specific regulator that you are using (like the PTR08100 used in the evercool mods). Efficiency also changes based on conditions. Some...

is there a vv pv that can run more than 15 watts?

You have one half of the battery drain equation correct.... http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/rader2146/3500-calculating-battery-drain-current.html

GGTS Clone/CCST/Chi Chi Show and Tell

Definitely a change from original design. I ordered mine from Hoosier's right after it was released. But that is a good modification as mine will unscrew the entire switch if I tighten down the lock ring too much.

    High speed vaping video

1000FPS....in 240p... Leaves a bit left to be desired. Nonetheless, still pretty cool.

An alternative to the OKR-T/6 - GE NSR006A0X54Z DC/DC converter

^^This. It is identical in EVERY way except cosmetic. RTRIM values are exactly the same.

MAGIC RDA for only 10 Dollars !

Since it was never explained as to how, I feel obliged to explain as to how it's not. Treat a parallel setup as 2 separate 2.4Ω single coils, and do the calculations: 4v / 2.4Ω = 1.67A per coil. Since they have the same current source, the sum of the currents will equal...

MAGIC RDA for only 10 Dollars !

No modifications needed. If you want to figure the amperage, use the total resistance (1.2Ω in this case) in your Ohm's Law formulas.

MAGIC RDA for only 10 Dollars !

In parallel, neither. Two 2.4Ω coils.

Common uses of PG and VG

PG: Mio drink flavors, liquid medicines, health care/hygiene/cosmetics, and as a feed additive to treat ketosis in livestock (I buy my PG from Tractor Supply Co :D). VG: The list is magnormus. It is listed as glycerin on the label as that is it's proper name. Where the Vegetable came from...

Where is the first truly MILSPEC APV?

Waterproof also means gas proof, so that's bad to go. Mech mods and batteries without a protection circuit can be cleaned and dried. A good mech mod will be shock/drop resistant. Lastly, those among us that work on things in the military know the irony of "MIL-SPEC". ;)

If that's the case, it must hve been a recent change. Mine is normal right hand thread.

GG China Clone Fire Button gets Really HOT!

There is an underlying problem with the switch. You shouldn't be having this problem even at much lower resistance than you are running. I have no problems below 1ohm on mine. I would try to disassemble, clean, and probably sand the inside bore if the switch housing...or look for a replacement...
