    The problem with this is not that it has had me laughing for minutes on end. The problem is that my co-worker is asking me to show her what is making me laugh so much, and I have absolutely no idea how to explain this to her.

    Find an old radio or other bit of electronics and do some practice soldering to get used to the way the iron heats the contacts and the solder flows onto the contacts. Don't practice on a DNA30 like I did. And make sure you have flux and a solder sucker for when you need to redo a connection.

    My second NET.com order was all at the recommended 70PG/30VG, unlike my first 100VG order. It'll be a good comparison, as I still have a good amount of Black Cavendish for a side-by-side comparison. If I find the PG is too much, I will just place another 100VG order and mix. Some more...
