    Atmistique Atomizers

I don't think the early KFs were leakers so much as sensitive to pressure differentials. I live on the 15th floor. I would build and fill one, and use it for 3-4 days, rewicking and refilling. Worked perfectly. Then, Saturday morning, I would take it with me to brunch, and half way to the...

    PDIB's Making MODs!

I bought Phil Busardo's Legal Vape 4000 for off-road duty. And that flipper gouged me, too! I have it mounted on my land speeder right next to R5D4.

    Atmistique Atomizers

Nope, just unscrew the top cap and fill. That's why half the juice doesn't end up in my pocket - my personal experience with both KFL and KF 3.1 ES (but I hear the newer editions addressed this).

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Heeeeey! Absolutely nothing I said was meant as criticism. Perhaps the term "harsh" has negative connotations. Perhaps "rough" is better? It really isn't about intensity - for example, W2V CI Cigar I found to be a VERY intense flavor, but it had no "roughness" to it on my palate. One of the...

    PDIB's Making MODs!

About as off topic as one can get but still remain in our universe: I use that stuff in lieu of antiperspirant. I only mention this because a) it is awesome stuff and b) the ensuing ridicule of my oblique over-sharing should be highly entertaining for all. (at least I'm clean shaven, you...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Some thoughts on some recent purchases. Want2Vape: These for the most part seem very similar to the Mountain Oak juices I had tried. I did not care for those, either. There is a bite and harshness to them that I do not care for. The one exception is CI Cigar, which does not have this...

    PDIB's Making MODs!

Shouldn't that be seventy-nuppin-nuppin? Or maybe you can reclassify it as a "Competition Atomizer" and charge $300.

    PDIB's Making MODs!

I just picked up my first BF Cyclone. I never posted about it anywhere, since I had no older ones for comparison. I didn't know the deck used to be concave. And I was (and am) a tad concerned it might be a clone as well. The Philips screws heads are already starting to wear down, the metal is...

That's exactly what my v2 Origen looks like after a couple of wells' worth of juice runs through her.

AmeraVape's Erik Hutchinson Speak on the Manhattan Mod Controversy

Then we shall disagree as to the need for independent testing in this case. I, for one, believe Todd has enough experience with these devices, so that his statement can be taken as fact. You do not see him as qualified to make this statement. Other mod makers have tried to slap him around for...

AmeraVape's Erik Hutchinson Speak on the Manhattan Mod Controversy

You purchase a mod, and it doesn't fire. You contact the manufacturer, and he asks you to have it independently tested to confirm it is in fact defective before they will honor the warranty and repair/replace it. Fair? If you don't believe Todd's assertion that the mod he was sent does not...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

More on my gunking ratings: Yesterday I spent about 2 hours at a vape shop, switching between JeG Acadia Gold in a Cyclone and NET.com Sun Cured Turkish (heat) in a v2 Origen. Both 24 Watts, both dual coils at 0.6 ohms. NET.com 5mg nic, 100% VG. Acadia Gold 6mg nic, 50PG/50VG. Before I left, I...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

I was using Black Cavendish as representative of NET.com, as it seems to be the most popular flavor here. Also, I use drippers for my NETs, around 0.6 ohms and 24 watts. I imagine changing those criteria will lead to dramatically different results.

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Not as gunky as any of the NET.com juices, but gunkier than RBFS. Scale of 1-10: RBFS: 2-3 moO#1: 5 NET.com: 9 With 10 being actual motor oil. I love me some gunky juices.
