    Mesh for me, i was impressed by cotton when i tried it but then i discovered that unlike mesh.. i gotta rebuild it every friggin week and i'm too lazy so mesh all the way. Also what do u mean ss rope? as in the things that hold up bridges and stuff? cant imagine that wicking very well.

    Afaik the little hairs in your lungs can be restored and some blockages removed, even tar pits can fade over many many years but the kind of damage emphysema represents cannot be reversed (destroyed structure). You just have to hope you didnt damage yourself enough for it to matter.
