    The VTC4/5s only taking 3 hours to completely charge sounds a bit suspicious as well. Are they old and possibly down some capacity? On both my Nitecore D2, and my Xtar MC2, all my batteries take about 4-5 hours to charge back up from around 3.2v which is where my Sigelei cuts them off.
