Welcome! A lot of us use the walkie talkie grip with the back of the MVP toward your palm and the front with button facing out. Then you can hit the button from the side ( with either hand ) with the middle knuckle of your thumb. Give it a whirl and see if you like it. Some hit it in other ways... -

I would recommend getting one that has all the extra's since it is your first. If it is a few more bucks, it will be worth it to have what you need in case you have a problem or lose a screw. -

I received a couple of the pre mades with my Kayfun. I have not used them as the video I watched for rebuilding has you clamping the coils tightly together with pliers after the build. Heat with the MVP and then squeeze together AFTER you release the fire button. This will ensure a great glow... -

Not having a mech yet ( it is in the mail, could have it today Turtleship clone ) I absolutely LOVE the KFL on my MVP. Herb, the Kayfun is going to be infinitely easier to build on than a replaceable coil. -

Forget all of that Herb...Once you take your first rebuild and vape from it...Buddy, I can't TELL you what a difference in flavor. It is a Gamechanger! I am now 3 1/2 weeks on my first 1.3ohm build. Just get some organic cotton and 50' of wire ( both cheap ) and you are good till the next...
