If you don't ever clean them, the gunk will build up and it will go bad faster. The type of juice you vape ( Thick or thin ) will have some impact on it. I have one that I have cleaned and rewicked with cotton and it has lasted me over a month. I got my first Kayfun lite yesterday, which is... -

Yes they can be cleaned and you can rewick them with cotton as well. You would do that if your changing flavors and that is when you would dry burn the coil ( pulse heating it without a wick ) Watch this video to learn how, kanger ,evod,t3,pro tank rewicking for new vapers - YouTube -
