I did that about 12 yrs ago and dropped about 40lbs. My weight has always fluctuated and I still need to drop about 20-25 to get to where my Dr. and I want me to be. I still eat fish and chicken occasionally, but there are some great locally grown vegetable stands near me and I can get veggies... -

I must have the same version KFL as you, no airflow. That is why i want my build to last. I got lucky and have not had any problems with mine like leaking, dry hits, etc. luckily I have a great B&M near me and the guys do most of my coil work as mine aren't that pretty ;) Sent from my iPhone... -

Great to see ya around our forum again bro. You are a great contributor of vaping knowledge. Was at my B&M tonite and swapped my IPV 2 for this Authentic Copper Flagship mech mod with the Tobeco Tug clone. Had to drill the holes a bit for a good toot ;) But my KFL is firmly attached to my MVP...
