It does have a pretty noticeable different in the feel compared to cotton. It is hard to explain the feel but it is not the same. It's kinda like squeaky but not squeaky. I'm not saying it actually squeaks but it has that "maybe this is what a squeak would feel like if I pinched a squeak...
Holy crap! I see why you are all raving about this stuff. I rewicked my Russian and I am getting the best wicking action I've ever had. I've wicked my Russian with cotton balls, cotton yarn (which seemed better than the ball) and no matter what I would eventually get a dry hit. So not so great...
Awesome. This is definitely the rayon. I'm diggin this stuff. I vape 90/10 vg/pg and it's thick stuff and have a hard time getting it to wick well in my KFs and Russian so I'm thinking the rayon will help my wicking problem.
Well it's a big bottle and it had a big coil in it. It seems to be rayon from everything I can tell. I've been Googling my .... off trying to pin down the source of the packing used but no luck. But I'm feeling pretty confident that this is the right stuff. I'm actually vaping on it now. And...
Is there any other known medicine bottles that have the rayon other than the Spring Valley?
My dad has a big ol' bottle of Nutramax joint stuff and the packing material looks identical to the rayon and it passes the burn test with flying colors.
Any thoughts?
I've bee checking this thread out for a few weeks now and I think I'm finally convinced that this stuff will live up to the hype. So I'm gonna go to Sally and see if they got some. Wish me luck folks. And thanks Jeremy and all the rest of you that did the research and put the word out about this...
Once you do that you will really notice a big difference. I've only been dripping for a few months but one of the things I've noticed is how airflow drastically changes the vape. Experimenting with different coils many times means having to experiment with different air flow.
Glad to see things...
We set the smoke detectors off within the first hour at the motel were the Mile High Vaper's festival was held on Memorial weekend. We set em off numerous times. But that was a lot of vape. The Denver fire depot was none too happy after the first few times.
Welcome to ECF. That's a bummer that the output wont work. Were you really planning on using that feature much? Just curious is all.
Maybe wiggle the switch off/on/off/on a few times fast see if that does something. That's what I would do if it was mine.
I use my IGO W on iether my MVP or its little brither VV3 every day! The thing that doesn't work so great is trying duel coil setups. But I prefer singles any way whether on my mech or my MVP. If you shoot for about a 1.3 to 1.5 ohm coil it's works great.
Here's what can you do. Get a whole bunch of different e-liquids and start vaping. You'll have so much variety and so little time that steeping will just be something that happens regardless of whether you meant for it to or not.
If you're using a non VV/VW battery then I say what you are doing is just fine. That's how I used my Kgo batteries and it definitely did make the differences you describe. I can't imagine how using that method would damage anything unless you just sit there frying your juice to smithereens. But...
So there's your answer Margie. I just want to say it was very good of you to ask your question because I for one seen your question and did not know if it would work or not. So I learned something. And so did you and so will many others. So thank you for your question. I really appreciated it...
Sorry no one has given a reply to your question. I only have two mechs. A nice Neme clone and some cheep $5 thing. The Nemesis locks real nice but like I said, I aint got much to compare it to. I can say that I really like 101vape though!
hope you eventually find the answers you're looking for.
My opinion is that most peoples opinions are not as good as my opinions.
Seriously though it's about what is best for you. And if what you are doing is working and enjoyable to you then why would you change it?
Then again, if you are discontent with what you are currently using and what liquid...
