    Welcome to the forum Bigsmokes! It depends a lot on the equipment you have, and how frequently you'll be vaping. That said, I would recommend 12 mg/ml as a start. If it turns out to be too much you can always thin it out with some pg or vg. ETA: nyiddle beat me to it.

    I work quite closely with the NRA in much of my advocacy re second amendment rights. I spread the word to members re vaping, and have helped several in their transition from smoking to vaping. I do what I can.
