    I'd like to agree with you k2zs, but I have a sense that none of those fines that were levied have anything to do with vaping. Swatting the noses of people who refuse to go along with authority is what those penalties are about, and vaping is just an excuse for exercising authority.

    A ridiculous comparison. We have a choice. The Chinese folks in your photo don't. Understanding that difference, and why there is that difference of choice, is crucial. No one is being forced to attend a vaping convention in the US.
