People have been conditioned to believe that smoking is bad, and vaping simply looks like smoking. The news media reinforces what people have been led to believe because that's how they retain viewers and advertisers.
When truth and integrity bump up against financial interests in the world of...
Provari 2.5 and an S-class SX Mini. And about a dozen Nautilus tanks for different flavors.
I have other setups, but those are the two that get the most use.
Posts regarding the 'latest and greatest' don't really interest me.
I'll stick around for the political stuff, and to help the newcomers when I can. I've also made some 'friends' here that I'll keep in touch with.
An oldie but a goodie Enta! LMAO
Seriously though, put the phones down and pay attention.
And if there is a collision, tell the police and the insurance company that the deer ran into you, rather than the other way around. Just friendly advice. :D
Social media is about being speaking your mind. A discussion forum is about, well, discussion of what's on your mind. Profess vs discuss.
Most everyone has an opinion, but very few are capable of intelligently discussing what's on their mind.
I posted a few photos in the "petition..." thread. Still haven't gone through them all or done any clean-up, but here's a couple of my favorites (so far) from my front porch:
Part of the intent with the petition was to raise awareness of the issue: Lumping vaping in with tobacco products will be detrimental to the industry. Toward that end it has been somewhat successful.
Vaping doesn't really have to be 'classified' as anything. It is recreational use of nicotine...
I like the throat hit that nic provides, but after 15 months analog free I don't have a problem going without it.

Actually David, I used to shoot almost that much. But someone else was always paying for the film. :)
The man in the moon?
Kinda' creepy, now that I look at it. :(
I shot almost 700 frames until the clouds rolled in, then quickly pulled these four for ya. :)
No teasing or manipulation here, just a quick cropping and size reduction for the upload.
I like the 'face' in the first one here. Maybe a new avatar?
A spectacular event, that I was able to witness...
A beautiful sight! I'm clicking away with the camera from my front porch, every few minutes.
Maybe I'll even get a couple of good ones. :)
I'll be back.
Wahoo to 35k as well!!

The eclipse should be spectacular, and the forecast here is for clear skies!
I'll get the photo gear prepped tomorrow and try to snag some images for you folks. :)
The FDA is trying to set the deeming up so that consumer testimonials can be seen as 'therapeutic claims' made by the manufacturers.
Holy end-around, Batman!
I can't buy into the "big evil business" thinking.
Being successful in one's business is not a crime.
When an entire industry (and this would include the 'industry' that the federal government has become) is allowed to manipulate and use the power of government agencies for its sole benefit, I...
