    If the leak first appears between the RBA and 510, then use a o ring, 1x10mm or 1.5x10mm, I run and o ring on all my mods.     I did the same, and then scolded myself for knowing better. Truth be told I said "you idiot" out loud. Then remembered the image of them getting an oil bath while machining. Gave them all a good bath.

    Good luck on the move. The Nuppin has air holes higher off the deck than most, so make sure you coil is higher enough to be getting good air flow on it. Most running duals center one of the coils with the air hole and have the other off center.

    Slow presses make it worse, use fast press and faster release. Also even at low sub ohms most report only having to clean contacts weekly. Make sure you are using enough noalox on the contacts also try putting a dab on the battery with each change.

    I use RxW, so my wick never really changes, I get it occasionally and think it's ether from a hot spot on the coil or a spaces between wraps just the right size. You could try firing without a cap on the RBA to see if one spot on the coil causes the popping and then try to adjust it. Or just...

    The AFC holes are not higher. The AFC rings from V1 and V2 are interchangeable. The base below the AFC has been shortened by the thickness of the lip below the AFC on the V1. Yes you could slightly lower the AFC as you suggest. But don't go too high you want plenty of threads in the 510 engaged...
