    I'm thinking the three cap holes should give me more flow than a single 1/16 so it must be internal, there's a second wall / insert inside the cap that channels the air from the three cap holes to a single 2mm hole

    Yes they were designed so that the AFC sleeves are the same and would work on either version of Nuppin.

    Haven't been brave enough to mess with the III yet, I drilled my version II Chalices out, they have slightly more flow than the III wide open. I've wondered if opening the inside hole of III will help. I'm not sure if the restriction is there or if it is because of the clearance in the double wall.

    I find my Woodvilles are light than my Mini 2.1 metal. Any Woodville in decent shape is great vape, the older ones need a RBA that is 14mm or smaller.     Great score, for single coils I like them slightly better than a Nuppin. I've drilled mine out to 1/16th air hole, With a little slip streaming of air around the drip tip I lung inhale on my Chalices. I like the II just a tad better than the III. Get ready for Z coils, a short leg on one side...

    I'm a single coil 1 ohm-ish vapor, the only RBA I like better than a Nuppin is the much more expensive Chalice. I've got three Nuppins and will be adding an all black and all brass V2 when they are out.

    I regularly fly with 5 to 8 batteries, 3 30ml bottles of juice and three devices in carry on. I have never had a problem.

    I've had to do it because I glue a replacement in and it sat a little to high. Need to pull it and clean under it better.

    Congrats on your new Reo and Welcome to Reoville! Play with the placement of the coil relative to high and how close to the air hole, a mm change can have a big impact on the vape.
